Shipping Policy

At Gunderson Schulman Photography, every order is handled with the same care and attention that goes into creating each image. Whether you're adding a fine art print or a photography book to your collection, we want your piece to arrive safely and beautifully.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

We ship all US orders via UPS with rates calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

  • Fine art prints typically ship within 2–3 business days of order confirmation and arrive within 5–8 business days from shipment.
  • Photography books typically ship within 1–2 business days and arrive within 3–7 business days from shipment.
  • Shipping may be delayed while we are on vacation or sick.

Shipping costs are calculated in real time at checkout based on your delivery address and the size/weight of your order.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide and welcome collectors from around the globe. International orders are shipped via UPS with rates calculated at checkout.

  • Estimated delivery: 7–21 business days depending on destination and customs processing times.
  • Prices at checkout are displayed in your local currency for your convenience.
  • Please note that customs duties, import taxes, and fees are the responsibility of the recipient and vary by country. We are unable to predict or cover these charges.
  • Delays due to customs clearance are outside our control, though we'll do our best to support you if issues arise.
  • Shipping may be delayed while we are on vacation or sick.

Packaging — Protecting Your Art

We take packaging seriously. Fine art prints and books deserve protection that matches their value.

Fine art prints are packaged using:

  • Rigid flat mailers for smaller prints
  • Rigid flat boxes for larger prints
  • Corner protectors and foam padding to prevent movement during transit

Large or oversized prints (typically 24" × 36" and above) may require additional handling time and are shipped in [custom wooden crates or reinforced flat packaging] to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

Photography books are shipped in snug-fitting boxes to prevent shifting.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your UPS tracking number. You can use this to follow your package's journey at ups.com. If you haven't received a tracking email within 3 business days of your order, please check your spam folder or reach out to us at info@gundersonschulman.com.
